Private Pilates Sessions

Private pilates sessions enable you to work at your own pace and receive an individualized lesson with specific exercises designed to meet your personal needs. The exercises "re-program" neuro-muscular patterns to dissolve old harmful habits and reinforce healthy and efficient patterns.

1 Hour Session:
  • one session: $75
  • series of 5: $350
  • series of 10: $650

Zen-lates*

1.5 Hour Session:
  • one session: $100
  • series of 5: $475
  • series of 10: $900

* Zen-lates sessions combine Pilates and Zen Shiatsu



Zen Shiatsu is a style of massage based on the ancient priciples of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Shiatsu uses both gentle and deep pressure, joint mobilization, rocking and stretching to deeply relax both body and mind. It is designed to restore balance, reduce stress and promote healing.

Tuesday-Friday: 7am-7pm
Saturdays: 9am-4pm
